Road show for Coral travel

Almost all event of our partners Coral Travel can do without a team ! This time we had a roadshow.

The number of  guests: 100 man;

Road Show is a business event in which the purpose of the event is to attract investments, familiarize, increase brand awareness, inject information about a company, warm up interest in its products. We tried to make this meeting less official. At the beginning there was a meeting of guests with buffet table, where we provided tables and guests were met by an instrumental trio and a string quartet.  After the presentation at the reception, people were greeted by a music band cover. The whole event was accompanied by our photographer. Also, we made a big press wall (banner) of 3 * 5 m with which we had to pretty much tinker!) So, as a little confusion came out with the halls, we had to very quickly mount the banner, and transfer the entire buffet to another hall, which was different, at hte ather side of the location! We had to turn on the “Turbo” mode, because we had 30 minutes to do everything, and to carry it all through the corridors of the hotel, which hosted more than one conference.

Thanks to our resourceful manager, Asja, we managed to do everything before the arrival of the guests, as if everything was standing there in the morning)
We are not afraid of difficulties, and we creatively approach their solution!
