Team building for the company “Delta Wilmar”

This spring, the company Delta Wilmar CIS addressed us. This is a group of oil processing companies, which is one of the largest exporters to Europe of sunflower and tropical oils.

Number of guests: 120-150 people.

They needed to organize team building programs for factory employees. The task was to offer something new, since they hold team buildings every year and there was already a lot of fun starting to conquer the mountains and extreme rest.

We offered our team-building program "Battle with Chaos" in which there are stages: physical, intellectual and quest. We also helped in choosing a location for teambuilding.

For two days, the teams showed their physical training, solved complex tasks and completed a quest. All teams passed the "Battle" successfully.

After the award ceremony, catering was provided in the gazebos and an incendiary disco.
