Master class from sommelier in Odessa - is an opportunity to learn about gourmet drink - brandy and taste it properly.
Master class is held by an experienced sommelier - a connoisseur of cognac. He will tell you the story of cognac, how this drink got its name, who invented it. Sommelier will show how to properly taste this royal drink, tell the difference between cognac and brandy.
Connoisseurs of cognac will know that the main thing – is not the taste of the drink but its flavor. First you need to fill snifter (special glass), make rotational movement. Qualified sommelier may determine how old it is according to its flow along the glass. Then you need to know how to inhale the aroma of the beverage. And only at the last stage you can taste the cognac.
The master class will be held for no more than 20 people. More people is discuscussed.
Duration of the master class - 1.5 hours.
Cognac is not included in the cost of the master class.
